BackgroundSoutheastern Federal Power Customers, Inc. (SeFPC) is a not-for-profit corporation founded in the early 1990s to provide support for the Federal hydropower program in the Southeast. Consisting of electric cooperative and municipal utility representatives, the SeFPC board coordinates activities in support of the Southeastern Power Administration (“SEPA”) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (“Corps”) to promote the continued availability, reliability, affordability and production of hydropower in the Southeast.
